Ticuto is an online social game where players can explore unique worlds, customize their avatars, decorate personal spaces, and interact with other players. The game offers a variety of activities, seasonal events, and collectible items, making it a dynamic and engaging experience.
Currency & Purchases[]
Gold can be earned through various in-game activities such as logging in daily, completing quests, participating in seasonal events, selling items, trading with other players and referring your friends to join. You are also able to purchase Gold through the game. Click on 'Buy Gold' in the top left of the game screen. Ensure you get the card holders permission before purchasing any gold!
If you believe you are missing Gold from your account or you have completed an activity that rewarded you gold and you haven't received it, you should contact a staff member by using the Contact Us form on the Ticuto website, and ensure you give as much information as possible. Staff will investigate your transaction and activity histories to determine what has happened.
If you have made a purchase, it may take a few minutes before it appears on your account. You should also check your bank account to confirm the purchase was successful. If the purchase has been successful, and it's been a few minutes without receiving your items, please use the Contact Us form for assistance.

Shards are a premium currency in Ticuto, primarily obtained when purchasing Gold. While their main source is through real-money purchases, Shards may occasionally be earned during special events. They’re used to unlock exclusive, limited-time items, adjust or upgrade items, or purchase selected rares. Learn more ➜
Accounts & Moderation[]
If you believe your account has been hacked or compromised in anyway you should contact a staff member immediately through Discord, or by using the Contact Us form on the Ticuto website. It is possible that staff will place a safety ban on your account until all details can be figured out. Staff will aim to get you your account back as swiftly as possible, however this may not always be possible.
It is also important to note, that most account hackings usually happen due to people using simple passwords, or sharing their passwords. Please remember that you should never give out your password to anyone and that Ticuto Staff will never ask for your password.
When you registered for Ticuto, you had to give an email address. This email address would have been sent a verification link. It is important that you check your email's folders including any spam/junk folders as you need to click this link to verify your account.
Yes, Ticuto has an extensive chat filter to ensure safe and friendly communication. The game also features an AI moderation system that can issue warnings and bans for inappropriate behaviour. Additionally, human moderators actively monitor gameplay and handle any appeals or further moderation tasks.
VIP Members are also able to disable the chat filter if they feel as though it's not required for them.
