General Information

What is Ticuto?

Ticuto is an online social game where players can explore unique worlds, customize their avatars, decorate personal spaces, and interact with other players. The game offers a variety of activities, seasonal events, and collectible items, making it a dynamic and engaging experience.

Who makes up the Ticuto Team?

Currently, there is no clear identifiable way to see who is staff within the game of Ticuto. Some members of staff may have a Ticuto Staff badge, however not all staff have this badge. Players can however, join the Ticuto Discord, which has a list of active staff online. You can also click here (Staff) to see the usernames of Ticuto Staff.

Can I join the Ticuto Team?

Ticuto isn't actively searching for new Staff members. However, when the time comes there may be a post placed on the Ticuto Website or Ticuto's Discord. It is important to note that these positions are usually considered voluntary and come with a range of expectations to be a successful candidate.

What is an NPC?

An NPC is known as a Non-Player Character. This basically means that the character isn't being controlled by anybody, however is a programmed part of the game. These characters are used to enrich gameplay. You can see a list of NPC's by clicking here.

How do I change my look?

Expressing yourself through fashion! To change your clothing, you need to first acquire clothes from NPC's or special events. Once you have some clothing in your inventory, you will need to find a Wardrobe to change your clothes. Some players have purchased their own wardrobes and placed them in their private spaces, however there are free ones you can use by visiting some of the NPC's houses.

Can I play on Mobile?

Ticuto is still in it's development stages but does support Mobile devices. Control and Playing may be slightly different to playing on a computer, but the basic mechanic are still the same.

Do I need to download anything?

No! Ticuto is 100% browser based, this means you can play on Mobile or Computer by visiting the Ticuto website and logging in.

Currency & Purchases

How do I earn Gold in Ticuto?

Gold can be earned through various in-game activities such as logging in daily, completing quests, participating in seasonal events, selling items, trading with other players and referring your friends to join. You are also able to purchase Gold through the game. Click on 'Buy Gold' in the top left of the game screen. Ensure you get the card holders permission before purchasing any gold!

I think I'm missing Gold?

If you believe you are missing Gold from your account or you have completed an activity that rewarded you gold and you haven't received it, you should contact a staff member by using the Contact Us form on the Ticuto website, and ensure you give as much information as possible. Staff will investigate your transaction and activity histories to determine what has happened.

What is VIP and how do I get it?

VIP is typically a paid membership within Ticuto. Players can become VIP in the game by boosting the discord server, buying a coffee, or being a super active member of the community.

I made a purchase, but didn't receive anything?

If you have made a purchase, it may take a few minutes before it appears on your account. You should also check your bank account to confirm the purchase was successful. If the purchase has been successful, and it's been a few minutes without receiving your items, please use the Contact Us form for assistance.

What are Shards?

Shards are a premium currency in Ticuto, primarily obtained when purchasing Gold. While their main source is through real-money purchases, Shards may occasionally be earned during special events. They’re used to unlock exclusive, limited-time items, adjust or upgrade items, or purchase selected rares. Learn more ➜

Accounts & Moderation

I've been banned!

Ticuto bans are not given out lightly. It is most likely that you have broken some rules within Ticuto that has resulted in staff feeling the need to take action against your account. If you believe you have been unfairly banned or you would like to appeal your ban, you are encouraged to use the Contact Us form on the Ticuto Website. Ensure you include as much information as possible regarding your ban and a staff member will review your accounts history and logs to determine an outcome.

I think I've been hacked!

If you believe your account has been hacked or compromised in anyway you should contact a staff member immediately through Discord, or by using the Contact Us form on the Ticuto website. It is possible that staff will place a safety ban on your account until all details can be figured out. Staff will aim to get you your account back as swiftly as possible, however this may not always be possible.

It is also important to note, that most account hackings usually happen due to people using simple passwords, or sharing their passwords. Please remember that you should never give out your password to anyone and that Ticuto Staff will never ask for your password.

How do I verify my account?

When you registered for Ticuto, you had to give an email address. This email address would have been sent a verification link. It is important that you check your email's folders including any spam/junk folders as you need to click this link to verify your account.

Tiuto will never sell or release your email or any other information.

Can I change my username?

Unfortunately, Ticuto does not offer this as a feature. Players are welcome to create a new account if they want a new username, however they will not be able to transfer their game progress or stats to a new account.

How do I delete my account?

It is not possible to delete an account in Ticuto. If you no longer wish to play, you can stop logging in, but your account will remain in the system.

Is there a chat filter or moderation system?

Yes, Ticuto has an extensive chat filter to ensure safe and friendly communication. The game also features an AI moderation system that can issue warnings and bans for inappropriate behaviour. Additionally, human moderators actively monitor gameplay and handle any appeals or further moderation tasks.

VIP Members are also able to disable the chat filter if they feel as though it's not required for them.

Miscellaneous

What are Achievements and how do I earn them?

Achievements are special goals in Ticuto that you can complete for rewards and recognition. You can earn them by reaching milestones in gameplay, such as collecting certain items, completing specific quests, or achieving high levels of interaction in events. Check your Player Profile to see your progress and unlocked achievements.

How can I interact with other players?

You can interact with other players in Ticuto by chatting in public spaces, joining group activities, or visiting their personal spaces. The game also supports messaging and direct trade options, allowing for more private interactions. During seasonal events, there are additional community challenges and collaborative activities.

How do I report bugs or get support?

If you encounter a bug or need help with something in Ticuto, you can report it through the in-game support system or visit the Ticuto Discord server for assistance from the community and staff. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible, such as the issue, screenshots, and steps to reproduce it, if applicable.

What is a Minigame?

How often does Ticuto get updates?

Ticuto receives regular updates, although there is no set schedule. New features, bug fixes, and improvements are added as they are ready, so be sure to check the game frequently for exciting changes!

Are there seasonal events in Ticuto?

Ticuto has seasonal-related content, but the main focus is on adding new permanent features rather than temporary seasonal events. Some events may still happen, but you can expect ongoing, permanent additions to gameplay and features.
